What is known as ‘FindTime’ is an add-in for Outlook that helps you come to a consensus on a meeting time with colleagues either within or outside of your business.
FindTime offers intelligent suggestions on what days and times work best for people. You propose your selected times to all attendees and allow everyone to vote on their preferred meeting times.
Once consensus is reached, FindTime alerts you by email and sends out the invitation to the meeting on your behalf, eliminating time wasting going back-and-forth to find the most appropriate meeting time which suits everyone.
Invited attendees can receive their invitations on any email provider and can access the FindTime voting website on any device. Your colleagues and friends only need an email address and Internet access to participate.
Only the email accounts of meeting organisers have to use Office 365 and they can access the FindTime Outlook add-in in Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016 or Outlook on the web.
For added security, FindTime encrypts personal information such as your email address in Azure. FindTime also encrypts information about the invites you create, the email subject, the attendees, and the body text of the email.
