What counts as a project

We scope yours before you commit to anything, so you know what is covered before you sign. Tell us what you have in mind and we will say straight away whether it fits.

When it gets done

Usually during onboarding, alongside the work of taking your environment over. If your project has a date attached, a lease ending or a fit-out booked, we bring it forward and finish it inside that period. If it suits you better to run it once you are settled, we do that instead. It gets decided with you when we scope it.

Why we do it this way

The project that would make the biggest difference is usually the one that has waited longest, because nobody has the capacity to run it and change provider at the same time. Absorbing the first one removes that problem, and you end onboarding with a result rather than a transition you merely got through.
