Little Tokyo Two operates six premier collaborative co-workspaces providing an incubation hub for high-growth for startups and small businesses across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

One of our co-working spaces called The Substation on Brisbane’s Petrie Terrace was experiencing a myriad of IT problems leading to mounting frustration for over 20 business tenants and our staff.

Reliable IT services are central to the effectiveness of our co-workspaces, especially in such a competitive market. In addition, the time, effort and money spent trying to resolve the continual problems was better directed elsewhere.

Think Technology Australia undertook a comprehensive review and found our network had not been adequately maintained or supported by IT providers. The system consisted of old and redundant technology that just couldn’t support the capacity or provide adequate security for our business tenants.

Following the implementation of Think Technology Australia’s solution, The Substation has undergone a complete turnaround of its IT network performance. Network efficiency, reliability and security have been enhanced and the potential for drop outs, especially during heavy traffic periods, have been overcome.
