- Level 1 Service Desk
- Provide remote support to a variety of customer environments
- Manage and maintain your ticket process to ensure appropriate resolution and closure of all tickets
- Take part in a culture of accountability by discussing performance metrics, goals and success measures with the team
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation and time management skills
- Willing to achieve certifications with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Willing to achieve certifications with Microsoft 365 technologies
- Willing to learn PowerShell or other programming languages
- Willing to achieve and maintain industry certifications
