Microsoft Cloud Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud Engineer to become an integral part of our team. We are a fast-paced customer service driven MSP focused on delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.

Duties

  • Assist Level 1-3 support Service Desk staff
  • Reduce reactive support incidents through automation
  • Provide remote support to a variety of customer environments
  • Manage and oversee the ticket process to ensure appropriate resolution and closure of all tickets
  • Act as an escalation point for service desk team members
  • Perform incident management processes and reporting
  • Create a culture of accountability by discussing performance metrics, goals and success measures with the team

Requirements

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent documentation and time management skills
  • Certified and experienced with Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Certified and experienced with Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Proficient and proven PowerShell experience
  • 4+ recognised industry certifications – Or willing to achieve.
  • Always proactive, takes ownership and responsibility for work
  • Proven experience in team motivation and development
  • Experience and understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
  • Experience with ConnectWise, Solarwinds, NCentral
