Think Technology Australia has been offering onsite and in-store support since 1995, our qualified technicians can assist you with any issue you may be having with your computer.

Think Technology Australia can now offer you remote support for any of your computers that have access to the internet. Ask one of our technicians how.

Remote support is a great option for most of our customers, you don’t need to un plug your computer and bring it into our service centre, there is no need for a technician to travel to your house. All you need to do is to call a technician and they will guide you through the process to connect to your computer.

The remote support software will allow the technician to access your computer from our office to assist with any issues.

Remote Support Fees:

  • Setup & 15 Minutes Support: $55
  • Additional 15 minute support blocks: $30

Support blocks are not transferable and are billed per 15 minutes, per incident.
EXAMPLE: Setup and 25 minutes support = $85

For a Think Technology Australia support technician to connect to your computer, you will require an active internet connection.

Terms & Conditions

By completeing the form you agree that you accept the charges as stated above for remote support and you authorise a Think Technology Australia technician to remotely access your computer.
Think Technology Australia does not accept responsibility for loss of data or programs. You confirm your data is backed up.
You agree that you are happy to provide a credit card over the phone to pay for the service. If you are an account customer the remote support fee will be billed to your account.
